Job Description

Responsible for sales volume to achieve company’s target.
Increase sales in assigned territory by focusing in customer needs.
Maintain and keep a good relationship with customers.
Communicate and cascade company’s target and direction to team and see that individual’s target will contribute to the achievement of the departmental target.
Monitor and evaluate team’s performance and individual performance.
Provide guidance and solve any problems in the responsible areas.

Qualification

Graduated with a bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Petrochemicals, Food Science, or Business Administration
Elder 35 years old
English fluently or Chinese communication
3 years of Sales manager or 5 years of Sales Supervisor
Minimum 5 years of chemicals
ERP/SAP practice
Sales analysis & Feasibility report practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Energetic/Leadership/Teaching/Team driving/Negotiation/Friendly/Flexible skills
